Pulkit Tandon

Pulkit Tandon is a Ph.D. student in the Electrical Engineering department at Stanford University. His research focuses on data compression, neural engineering, perceptual engineering and brain-machine-interfaces with components of algorithms, hardware and experiments. He was also an intern at Netflix, where he worked on improving video compression using deep-learning, and on objective video quality metrics. Prior to joining Stanford, he received a bachelor degree in technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
